Sandra Keogh
Director of Operations
With a background that stems from 33 years of working with people with autism and Intellectual Disabilities, initially training as an RNID, Sandra has a broad range of management experience throughout her career and within the social care model, which provides a person-centred model of support. Sandra is passionate about providing services that are individual led and equity driven.
Jennie Wall
Director of Community Services
Jennie is a Registered Nurse in Intellectual Disabilities (RNID) and has spent thirty years working in the ID sector, managing and developing services in both nursing and social care models. Jennie is committed to the continued development and growth of services for people with Intellectual disabilities. A strong advocate for empowering people of all ages and abilities to reach their full potential.
Anne Marie Dowd
Service Manager Jamestown-Finglas
As an RNID and Registered Children’s nurse, Anne Marie is 18 years working in the healthcare sector; she has vast experience working with children and adults with Intellectual Disabilities in both community, residential and day services. Anne Marie is an advocate for the development of independent living skills and community inclusion for all service users. Anne Marie is responsible for the day-to-day management of the service
Leanne Kennedy
Service Manager Wicklow
Leanne has a BA in Social and Community Development, and Social Policy & Practice (PGDip), She has over a decade working extensively with some of the most underrepresented and vulnerable groups within both the community/ voluntary and Social Care sector. Leanne has wide interest challenging behaviours and approaches her work with a robust structure in line with ‘ The THINC Model of Care’ to ensure the highest level of support is provided to the children attending the service and their families. Leanne is responsible for the day to day management of the service.
Niamh Brennan
Service Manager Balbriggan
With 30 years experience in the disability sector, Niamh has extensive knowledge of service users’ needs. Niamh’s qualification as an RNID enhances her passion for providing high quality individualised care to the service users. Niamh has vast experience in managing services for adults and children in both residential and respite care . Niamh strives for a fair and equitable service for all. Niamh is responsible for the day-to-day management of our Balbriggan centre.
Tuhina Agarwal
Behaviour Support Specialist
With a strong foundation in psychology, Tuhina brings a wealth of experience in the mental health field, spanning from working with preschool children with mood and neurodevelopmental disorders to the older population. Her diverse background includes working in schools, speech therapy clinics, respite services and with families. In Sanas, she is responsible for conducting behavioural assessments and observations to formulate behaviour support plans while also, training staff in behavioural principles and implementing effective strategies.
Jean Treacy
Administrator
Jean joined Sanas in 2022 with a background in customer care and support. Jean carries out administrative duties including HR admin, accounts and general office management across Sánas centres providing support to management staff and enhancing operational workflows.
